Biometric Response Interview
What is Biometric Response Interview
Biometric research studies the influence of both conscious and non-conscious neural processes on cognitive processes related to perception, attention, emotion, and decision-making.
Insights in Biometric Research
Based on our experience, natural, spontaneous responses and bodily reactions are more powerful when drawing insights than traditional research techniques where many of those details are lost.
Optimize your research
with
Pre-recorded Biometric Interviews
Avoid perception biases:
Al ser entrevistas pregrabadas, se garantiza que todos los participantes reciben la misma instrucción y no va a depender de la apariencia y/o estado de animo del encuestador o de los participantes del grupo.
Resource optimization:
Both for the company and for the interviewees. For the company should not balance agendas, rent meeting rooms, have time available from several people on the team, for interviewees, save money and time on travel and even more importantly the pressure and stress bias generated by arriving on time and interacting with a group of unknown people.

Recording of genuine and spontaneous reactions:
The participant is recorded all the time, which allows him to capture natural expressions in the privacy of his home in front of the evaluation of the product or stimulus presented (Thanks to this technique you can evidence and quantify the "wow" effect)

Analysis with Facial Coding:
An analysis of micro facial expressions is performed to identify the emotions produced by the product, concept, packaging, advertising spot in the participants.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of responses:
The spontaneous responses of each of the participants are recorded and then both qualitative and quantitative analysis of their answers and/or comments is performed.
Benefits of
Biometric Research
-
Greater depth and higher quality of the information obtained from the participants.

-
Offline analysis of spontaneous reactions with specialized personnel and sophisticated biometric tools.

-
Significant reduction of biases: bias of the interviewer, of "collective intelligence".

-
Of appearance, of social status. Leadership, way of asking, mood, among others.

-
Elimination of activities that do not add value to the study such as scheduling interview sites, refreshments, travel, parking, etc.

-
Available 24/7 as it allows participants to enter from the privacy of their home at the right time.

-
Studies in a matter of hours and masses in a matter of days.

-
Online integration with other tools such as biometric interviewing (BRI). Online eye tracking (ETO), implicit association test (IAT) and Self-report among others.
How to Do an Interview with Biometric Research?
The interview is pre-recorded and we send a link to the participants (Normally between 5 and 7 minutes is enough)
We record and analyze your responses at the Qualitativa, Quantitativa and Biometric level: Face Coding.
A report is sent with strong Insights that come out of the integration of the three techniques.
